Effective immediately, please refer all binding or increased limit requests to your underwriter for risks located in 08005; 08006; 08015; 08731; 08734; 08752; 08758; 08759, within 10 miles of a mandatory evacuation area, and within 10 miles of an active fire line.
Our underwriting guides prohibit the binding of any new business that includes property or inland marine or the increasing of any property or inland marine limit on an in-force policy written near an imminent catastrophe. These rules will remain in force until notice is given that the prohibition has been lifted.
During this period, we will accept binders for all renewals at the limits and terms in our renewal quote.
